This past week has been so great. We prayed a lot that Luke would fit in with our family and he does. We worried that he wouldn't understand us and he understands most of what we say. He is also very good about asking if he doesn't understand. He has had us on our toes trying to define words like probably or "in a sec". He has been very overwhelmed with school. I understand the concept of full immersion but it is so hard to watch Luke try to read assignments when he only has a 1st or 2nd grade reading level. We are trying some things to help him but we're new to this too.
Sebastian and Sawyer have been so great with Luke. Sebastian called him his brother from another mother (and father).
Penelope loves Luke. She really helped us to break the ice with him.
I have a picture of him I want to post but I need to get his permission.
