Wrestling a futon mattress

Sorry there are no pictures of this event, I was rather occupied trying (in vain) to get the cover back on it. Other than this most recent wrestling event my life has been rather dull. That seems sad that the most exciting thing in my life right now has to do with wresting on a futon alone. Things are not really so boring for me. I have been working with my good friend Barb cleaning houses. After which I come home and try to clean mine with the same passion. This is a useless endeavor because I don't get paid to clean my own house. I have learned some very usefull things cleaning houses. For instance when you scrub the tub make sure to dry it completely so you don't get water spots on your newly cleaned tub.
My husband has 3 days off this week for mid-winter break and the great thing for me is my kids have the same break! They have all been very productive in their time off. Eric found a place where he got all the landscaping bricks we need for free. So he and Sawyer went and loaded up about 180 of them. They are neatly stacked by the side of our house waiting for us to build a retaining wall with them. God really blessed in that because I guess the bricks would have been rather expensive if we had to buy them.
Eric also located a futon that we can borrow long term. That is where the futon I wrestled with came from. I was trying to be helpful and put the cover back on when I realized some things are better with 2 people.
I am loving all the sunshine. We finally took Penelope to the beach last weekend. She loved all the smells and people. She is definately a Canfield. " There are no stranger, just friends we haven't met" is our motto. We also found out she can swim beautifully. I can't wait for summer so she can swim with the boys.
